Easy Video Splitter can help you split large AVI/DivX or MPEG(MPG) file into smaller video clips. It provides a built-in preview that allows you to select the section as you view the clip. You can extract multiple segments of any size by using the visual editing mode, or automatically have the program cut the AVI or MPEG file into multiple pieces of equal size. Does an excellent job with AVI files that have VBR audio. Very well developed.

generally it's good. it cuts from keyframes and most codecs will work fine. the odd one will result in out of sync or will crash the program if it's not a supported codec. it's a simple basic app for common splitting

lost sync video /audio after splitting
but seem to work on big files >1Gig

Garbage program, after 2 reinstalls it creates an error and shuts down every single time I try to cplice video. Crappy.
