Media Player Classic has configurable shortcut keys, can play QuickTime and Flash files when the respective IE plugins are installed, playlists can be saved via the context menu and clicking the seekbar with the shift key pressed jumps to an I-frame.

MPC is one of the best (if not THE best) players available. I was pleased to see that it was capable of playing Real Media (.rm) files and a specific mpeg that could not be played on the original Windows® Media Player. All of the features are exquisite and have had no problems downloading or running any of my videos. The only reason that I'm rating the reliability a 3 instead of a 5 is that the 'Save As...' feature doesn't seem to want to save a .rm to an .avi properly. During the process of saving this particular file-type to an .avi, it merely seems to copy it, while only changing the extension. After saving to an .avi, I opened the .avi with VirtualDUB, which would not recognize it. I even tried using the original Media Players, which would not open it either. Another reason to rate the reliability low would be that there is no documentation. All in all, MPC is an excellent tool for playing and even capturing (that's right) video. Just needs some documentation and the author to finish his website for this software.
