After trying everything else, I friend pointed me to v7.0.4.1 of this software. I was blown away. No more do you have to deal with downloading codecs and dealing with separate programs for ripping, encoding and tagging. This does it all. The flexibility when naming the output files is a godsend. For too long I've had to munge my filenames after the ripper/encoder did it's job.

The program is very mature with just about every feature you could want. I happily paid the registration fee the day I tried this product out.
