The program requires the .NET Framework 2.0 and it's shareware (its website reports the correct info, MPEGx doesn't seem to be up-to-date)

Two problems with this program:

1. Even though it is rated as "free" on this website, the license notice while installing it says shareware and can be used for 15 days before licensing is needed.

2. Installed this on Windows 2000. When attempting to launch the program, an error message appears saying that the app can't find a needed "mscoree.dll" file in the system path. After searching the entire HD the DLL was not found. This program was rated as any win platform, but apparently some necessary DLL is assumed to be present for this program to work.

So thumbs down for me.
